Instructor Philosophy
Recognizing God as the Author of Creation (Col. 1:16) and ourselves as being created “in his image” (Gen. 1:26), I believe creativity and the creative process is inherent within each individual.  Drawing is a learnable skill, and with proper training and practice, all can enjoy success in the visual arts.  Individual creativity is manifested in a variety of ways and that is why it is important to offer as many choices as possible within the visual art classes.  We are a “growing” discipline seeking to meet the diversified needs of our fine art students.
