Our Mission:
Christ-centered excellence in education, partnering with church and home, to advance God's Kingdom.
ACA Past & Present
Arrowhead Christian Academy (ACA) was independently founded in December, 1979 and opened its classroom doors in the fall of 1980. The school was built by parents who saw the need for a college preparatory Christian high school in the Inland Valley. The 20-acre Redlands campus, made possible by financial gifts from many benefactors, is a fully accredited, coeducational 7-12th grade school. In 2008, final steps to merge Redlands Christian School and Arrowhead Christian Academy began. Long-range plans include building a separate Middle School building to facilitate the combination of grades 7 and 8 from both schools.
ACA's main campus building currently houses middle and high school classrooms, a science wing with computer centers, a computer lab, a gymnasium, and an athletic arena. The library/media center features computer workstations, multimedia projection units, and books and reference materials. ACA's facilities provide the tools needed to give our students a 21st century education.
Administration
A board of trustees governs ACA. Using a policy governance model, the Superintendent implements Board policies and leads the middle and high school principals as well as other administrative employees in the daily operations of the school. The school is interdenominational and independent.
